Spicy Aglio e Olio w/ Salami
Ingredients (1 SERVING)
1 bulb of garlic thinly sliced preferred
1/2 tbps of thai chili flakes
4 tbps of virgin olive oil
1/4 cup of chopped curly parsley
1/4 cup of parmesarn reggiano
70g of spaghetti
Salt to taste (recommend 2 tsp++)
1/2 pack of uncured salami cut into strips
Steps
Put garlic, olive oil, and chilli flakes into a large pan or pot and turn on low/medium heat. Meanwhile, fry the salami with a tiny bit of vegetable oil.
Boil water for pasta.
Once pasta is 1 minute before aldente, put pasta into the sauce pot. Make sure the pot is on high heat.
Mix pasta with the oil sauce for another minute.
Turnoff heat.
Add parsley and cheese and 1/4 cup of pasta water.
