Beef Short Rib w/ Soy sauce and Bell Pepper

Ingredients (2 servings)

  • 1/2 pound of beef short ribs

  • 1/2 red bell pepper

  • 1/2 yellow bell pepper

  • 4 cloves of garlic

  • 3 tbsp of soy sauce (Thai style)

  • 1/4 onions

  • 2 Thai chili

  • 1 tbsp of vegetable oil

Steps

  1. Prep the ingredients: short ribs should be cut into small rectangle shapes enough for one bite, bell peppers and onions should be cut into cubes or sliced into strips, garlic should be minced, Thai chili should be minced.

  2. In a pan on medium heat, add the vegetable oil. Add the prepped vegetables and stir until onion starts to brown. Push the vegetables to one side of the pan.

  3. Add beef short ribs to the pan at high heat. Let the meat sizzle and add soy sauce. Make sure the soy sauce gets the heat!

  4. After 1 - 2 minutes or until the meat is cooked to your preference, mix the vegetables with the cooked meat. The dish is now ready to serve!
