Sashimi Crudo
Ingredients
8 clementines squeezed
1 1/2 tbps of olive oil
5 tsp lemon juice
5 tsp ponshabu
1 clove minced garlic
2 minced Thai chili
100g raw yellow tail
10g salmon eggs
Microgreens for garnish
Dill for garnish
Habanero for garnish
Fresno for garnish
Oranges for garnish
Steps
Mix all ingredients that are not fish related into a bowl. Increase or decrease portion according to taste.
Place Hamachi into the mixture.
Garnish dish and serve!
